Prices are in New Zealand dollars and are inclusive of GST.

Orders and payment need to be made by midnight the day before collection. You will be required to provide your name, address, email and telephone contact details as well as payment information. You will be asked to select a date for collection.

We will contact you by phone or email if any further information is required. A third party supplier will process payment. Please note that our subscription service requires your credit card details to be stored by a third party payment provider (Shopify Payments).

If the goods you have received are do not meet your expectation please notify us and we will offer a replacement or a refund.

Gramercy does not accept liability for any loss or damage due to late collection.

If, for any unexpected circumstance there is a delay in production, Gramercy will contact you at the first opportunity.
